“Its Greek To Me”

Have a carb kid? I know I do! Her five main food groups are potatoes,  bread , penne, macaroni, and spaghetti noodles. While the food climate may not be as dreary as the aforementioned,  I do find I am always trying to find ways to increase her protein intake.  At 14grams of protein per serving, greek yogurt has become one my favorite go to sources. While she will eat it as a snack from time to time and I have some success freezing the tubes for a frozen treat,  its not generally part of her regular diet.

    So why not sneak it in when no one’s looking? I started adding greek yogurt to  many of Delaney’s favorite foods. I add it to pancakes, macaroni and cheese, smoothies, and I just started baking with it. I love the way the yogurt adds moisture and a much needed protein punch!
